By accessing or using the websites, applications, and other offerings from Avopla (hereinafter “Avopla Platform” ) you unconditionally assent to be legally bound by the terms & Condition of service (hereinafter “Terms ). You also represent that you have read and understood these Terms and you are legally competent to enter into this binding contract. Please do not access or use the Avopla Platform if you do not accept all of these Terms or if you are not authorized to use the Services. The words, “Avopla” when used in these Terms shall refers to the Avopla entity with whom you are in contract. The word “User”, “you” or “your’ refers to the individual, Association of Persons (AOP), company, or other legal entity accessing or using the Avopla Platform. The Avopla Platform offers an online market place that allows its Users to publish, offer, search for, and book services. Users who publish and offer services are “Service Providers” and Users who search for, book, or use services are “Travelers.” Service Providers may offer to provide one or more services (hereinafter collectively “Travel Services” and each Travel Service offered by Service Provider shall be a “Listing”). The accommodations, services provided by the Service Provider shall be referred as “Accommodations”, the indoor & outdoor activities shall be as “Experiences”, and all other Travel Services like vehicles, local food, Trip Guides, shall be “Other Services”. You may be required to register on the Avopla Platform to have access to, or use various services, for which you must provide and keep your information true, accurate, current and complete. Avopla is not a trip operator, travel guide, travel agency, visa consultant, transporter, insurer or real estate agent etc. and Avopla do not own, control, offer or manage any Listings or Travel Services. Avopla only provides an online market place where Service Providers can offer Listing and it is for the Traveler or user to accept or reject the Listing as per their own satisfaction. Avopla is not a party to any contracts entered into between Service Providers and Travelers, nor Avopla is acting as an agent in any capacity for any user. If you are a Service Provider, then it shall be your own responsibility to understand and comply with the relevant law, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that apply to your Travel Services. The agreement between you and Avopla reflected by these Terms is effective when you access the Avopla Platform and remains in effect until termination in accordance with these Terms. Avopla maintains other terms and policies which are supplemental to these Terms including Privacy Policy, and Payments Terms etc.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
